The purpose of this Policy is to determine the terms and conditions for the use of personal data shared with Bellanova by Platform members/visitors/users (all together referred to as "Relevant Person") or processed by Bellanova during the Relevant Person's use of the internet site named https://www.bellanova.tr and the mobile application (all together referred to as "Platform") operated by RND.

WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED? WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA?

To provide better service to you, our users; to execute and complete your order processes and to ensure communication with you; to provide you with information about products, services, campaigns, and promotions; to better understand your shopping preferences, to conduct trend analyses and statistical analyses, and to strengthen the security and functions of the Site, and to fulfill our legal obligations arising from relevant legislation, and in our stores, to fulfill our financial and legal obligations, to carry out delivery or return processes for some of our stores that process products ordered online, to carry out sales or return processes for products purchased from our stores, to maintain our relationship with you, our users, through loyalty programs, digital marketing initiatives or social media, we process some of your data that directly or indirectly identifies the user, such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, Turkish ID number, tax ID number, personal interests, billing and delivery addresses; CCTV footage in our stores, and information approved for sharing through social media accounts if you connect with them.

TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

We transfer your personal data to third parties only for the purposes specified in this Text and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. In this context;

 

We transfer your data to domestic and foreign business partners, suppliers, and service providers (such as electronic communication service providers, call centers, tailors for product alteration services, data collectors via devices, marketing/advertising/analysis service providers, database and server service providers, infrastructure maintenance and support service providers, legal and financial consultancy service providers, e-invoice/e-archive invoice service providers, independent audit service providers, shipping/cargo/courier, archiving and storage service providers) for the purposes of delivering products you purchase related to your membership, orders, or shopping, providing logistics services and after-sales support services, resolving your requests and complaints, and contacting you when necessary, and obtaining information technology, marketing/advertising/analysis activities, or expert consultancy services, provided that it is used within the scope of the services provided by these companies for the purpose of fulfilling their activities.


We transfer the information requested from us to authorized and assigned private or public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, and official institutions/organizations to fulfill our obligations regarding providing information and documents and other related obligations, and to exercise our legal rights such as the right to sue and defend.


We transfer data to our suppliers with whom we receive consultancy services and to payment institutions related to the relevant transaction, when necessary, for the purpose of tracking and detecting suspicious transactions and preventing illegal activities.


We transfer data to our suppliers within the scope of activities aimed at increasing visitor traffic on the Platform.


If you make your payment with a credit/debit card, we transfer your credit/debit card information to the relevant bank, electronic payment institution, etc., which provides the service, without being recorded by BELLA.

 

WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER?

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to:

Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, and to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,


Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,


Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,


Object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully.
