All orders placed through BELLMANN are meticulously processed after payment confirmation. Once your order reaches our system, the product's stock status is primarily checked through our warehouse in Turkey.
If the product you selected is available in our Turkey warehouse, your order is carefully prepared and handed over to our contracted shipping companies, and delivered to your address within an average of 1-2 business days. All our shipments are prepared with special protective packaging to ensure the highest level of product safety.
If the product you selected is not available in our Turkey warehouse, your order will be supplied from our UK headquarters and prepared for shipment. During this process, your product undergoes quality control stages and is packaged in accordance with international logistics standards before being delivered to you. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on your region and logistics operations.
You will receive regular notifications via informational emails and/or SMS throughout the shipping process. Delivery times may show minor regional differences.
Situations beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, weather conditions, logistics intensity, etc.) may cause delays in the shipping process. Although the vast majority of orders are delivered within the planned timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier companies. Therefore, a precise delivery time is not guaranteed, and responsibility for any disruptions in the delivery process lies with the relevant shipping/carrier company.
Since the operational process begins after your order is processed, orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.
