ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH BELLMANN.TR ARE PACKAGED WITH A SPECIAL BELLMANN GARMENT BAG AND CAREFULLY PREPARED AND DELIVERED TO CARGO WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
DELIVERY TIME MAY VARY FOR PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER.
YOU MAY RETURN THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN, PROVIDED THEY ARE UNUSED, HAVE NOT LOST THEIR RESALABILITY, AND THE SECURITY SEAL HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL ACCESSORIES, WITHIN 14 (FOURTEEN) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER.
IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER DEDUCTING THE SHIPPING FEE.
FOR YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST TO BE ACCEPTED, THE PRODUCT'S SECURITY SEAL MUST NOT BE REMOVED, AND THERE SHOULD BE NO PERFUME, ODOR, SWEAT, ETC., ON THE PRODUCT. ALSO, IT MUST NOT HAVE LOST ITS RESALABILITY. OTHERWISE, YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Please note that unless the original products are defective, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Cancellation and Exchange Policy
Stock and Order Process
As per our policy; 80% of our products begin production after an order is placed. For this reason, your orders for these selected products are shipped within 7 business days
As Bellanova, 80% of what we offer for sale is specially prepared according to our customers' demands.
Therefore, our products are considered "goods prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs" within the scope of Article 15, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph (b) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and are excluded from the right of withdrawal .
Exchange Process
We kindly request you to communicate your request by email to bellanovaresmi@gmail.com or through our WhatsApp support line, stating your order number, within 2 days from the date you received your faulty or defective order, and to ensure its shipment within the same period. Once your shipment reaches us, it will be inspected, and a new product will be sent to you.
- Exchanges are not accepted for used products, products that have lost their originality or do not have their tags, products damaged due to use (torn, deformed in shape, detached, etc.), or products that smell of perfume.

No refunds are issued for undelivered products.

Shipments returned without a request for exchange of faulty or damaged products will not be accepted.
Always check the cargo package when receiving your order. If a damaged product is found, a report must be prepared with the courier.
Exchanges for faulty or damaged products must be made within 2 days after the product is received. After this period, even if the product is faulty or defective, no exchange will be accepted.
Bellanova is not responsible for failed delivery attempts by the recipient (e.g., wrong address, incomplete contact information, refusal of delivery). In such cases, no refund will be made. If you realize that you have entered incorrect information, please contact Bellanovaresmi@gmail.com or our WhatsApp line with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
Situations Not Considered a Defect
The following conditions are not considered quality defects:

Loose threads, raw edges, thickness differences, variations in weave feel or screen-related color tones

Changes in style, color, or personal preference

Damage caused by use, washing, improper care, incorrect storage, or your own interventions

Incompatibilities due to not consulting the size chart

Small measurement differences in products of the same size
Order Cancellation
Changes cannot be made to orders that have been processed in our system.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to be careful when placing an order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Refunds
The refund for a cancelled order is processed within 3-5 business days .
Refunds for cancelled orders are only made via the original payment method . Bank transfer refunds are not accepted. It may take up to 20 business days for the refund to appear on your card, depending on your bank.

Do not send your product(s) to the sender's address written on your package. This is not a return address and will delay your process.

Please ensure that you do not include unacceptable product(s) in your return package. Otherwise, Bellanova is not responsible for returning these products to you.
Information on Special Occasion Orders
At Bellanova, a significant portion of our products are prepared to order and undergo meticulous production processes. Accordingly, delivery times may vary depending on production intensity, logistical processes, and periodic operational variables.
For orders placed for weddings, engagements, graduations, invitations, and similar special occasions, it is crucial to contact our team before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience for our customers. Confirmation must be obtained from us regarding whether the relevant order can be delivered by the specified date.
Bellanova does not accept any responsibility for orders placed without prior notification and without obtaining delivery date confirmation if the product does not arrive by the specified special occasion date. Such situations may arise from delays that can occur due to the nature of production and shipping processes.
In line with our customer satisfaction-focused approach, we kindly request you to contact our team in advance for all your special occasion orders.
Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.
